$300 for all dentist (covers all 4 CE speakers). $35 for staff. Lunch is $15 cash or check for those T.L. Gilmer members that have paid their CE assessment. Continental breakfast is included in tuition and will be available beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Please plan on bringing checks made out to T.L. Gilmer to the meeting. Dr. Clayton Liesen or Dr. Brett Schafer will be present from 7:30 am to collect payments.
